Three Rivers Canoe Trail - Full Board Basis

This Zambia tour package is a 3 night / 4 day semi participatory canoeing adventure along the Zambezi River between the Kafue and the Chongwe Rivers. The first overnight stop is made on a selected island about 25km (15.5 miles) from the Kafue / Zambezi confluence. Night 2 is spent in the comforts of Kayila lodge, a 12 bedded safari lodge over looking the Mana Pools National Park.

Night 3 of your Zambia tour package is spent a short distance from the Chongwe / Zambezi confluence.  A qualified river guide accompanies the safari throughout but participation by clients is encouraged in all aspects of the adventure, including the setting and breaking of camp, cooking, and cleaning on night one.  All meals and cordials are provided. 

Clients should bring their own alcohol (beers, spirits and soft drinks for nights one and three. Drinks are not included at Kayila but there is a full bar facility available.

The Zambezi Waterfront - Adventure Village - Bed & Breakfast Basis

On the riverbank overlooking Siloka Island is the 'Adventure Village' - a cluster of 3m x 3m two man bow tents built on raised wooden platforms, each with a small deck in front. There are two swimming pools which afford the guests the opportunity to cool off whether on the riverside deck or in the large natural rock pool.

The stunning Zambezi sunsets can be enjoyed from the main entertainment complex, bar and restaurant area ideally situated with views both up and down the river.  Adventure activities can be booked from the Activity Centre at Waterfront.

Terms & Conditions:

• Minimum 2 pax and baggage must be in soft bags with the maximum limit being 12kgs (26.4 pounds).
• Canoeing has to be 3 nights.
• Rates are subject to increase without notice (specifically air charters and airline flights).
