Day 1: Sussi Lodge, ZambiaA representative will meet you at Livingstone Airport and transfer you to Sussi and Chuma Lodge, on the banks of the Zambezi River.
During the next 2 days of your Zambia safari your activities will include: game drives / walks with experienced guides, visits to the Falls by yourself, boat cruises, fishing and an optional choice of all the 'adrenaline' extras for which the area is famous. Overnight at Sussi Lodge. |
Day 2: Sussi Lodge, ZambiaAnother day of excitement and romance on the banks of Africa’s most spectacular river. Overnight Sussi Lodge. |
Day 3: Kulefu Tented Camp, Lower Zambezi National Park, ZambiaDepart after breakfast for your flight to the Lower Zambezi National Park and Kulefu Tented Camp. The Park is a water wilderness area on the banks of the mighty Zambezi River.
There are many options available in this area. Walk under the guidance of your professional guide or game drive in an open safari vehicle. Enjoy game viewing on the water along the banks of the Zambezi. Overnight at Kulefu Tented Camp. |
Day 4: Kulefu Tented Camp, Lower Zambezi National Park, ZambiaAn early morning game viewing opportunity by canoe. Paddle the tranquil waters along the banks of the Zambezi River viewing Hippo pods or herds of Buffalo and Elephant as they come down to drink.
Game viewing can also be by motorboat. Further game viewing opportunities or fishing may be taken during the day. Overnight at Kulefu Tented Camp. |
Day 5: Kulefu Tented Camp, Lower Zambezi National Park, ZambiaAnother day of exciting game viewing activities and fishing in the Lower Zambezi National Park. Overnight at Kulefu Tented Camp. |
Day 6: Puku Ridge Tented Camp, South Luangwa National Park, ZambiaDepart after breakfast by private charter for your flight to Mfuwe. On arrival at Mfuwe the transfer to Puku Ridge Tented Camp is a game drive through the park and takes approximately one hour.
The Park is noted for its big game species particularly Leopard, Lion and Elephant and a whole host of antelope species. Overnight at Puku Ridge Tented Camp. |
Day 7: Puku Ridge Tented Camp, South Luangwa National Park, ZambiaAnother day spent walking and driving in this special sanctuary. Overnight at Puku Ridge Tented Camp. |
Day 8: Chichele Presidential Lodge, South Luangwa National Park, ZambiaAfter breakfast set off on a walking safari through the park, ending up at Chichele Presidential Lodge for lunch. The Lodge has a magnificent hilltop site with sumptuous, air-conditioned accommodation.
